All of our Condominiums and Townhomes are individually owned. Each unit is decorated by the owner and reflects their own unique taste. No matter which home you chose each unit meets the following minimum standards. Master bedroom with King or Queen bed, TV. Full bath tub/shower. Full size appliance kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Dining area with seating to accommodate your guests. Living room with Queen sleep sofa, at least a 27" TV and DVD player, Stereo CD player. Each unit has an individual private Patio complete with table and chairs overlooking pool area. Full size Washer and Dryer. All linens provided. Parking in front of individual unit.
One Bedroom Condos
Single Bedroom 1 Bath fully furnished 750 SQF Condominium. All 1 bedroom units are located on the first floor. Sleeps 4 a few units have bunk beds for small children.
Two Bedroom Condos
2 bedroom 2 bath loft style, 1100 SQF Condominium. All 1 bedroom loft units are located on the 2nd floor, with a 2nd bedroom located on 2nd floor within the unit. 2 Full baths Tub/shower. Sleep 6 or 8.
Two Bedroom Townhomes
2 and 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 or 3 bath 1600 SQF Townhome. All townhomes have 2 master suites located on second floor, several have 3rd room with bunk beds. Sleep 6 or 8.
