Welcome to Seacove Unit 9C! Our bright and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath unit was fully renovated in November 2019 and is perfect for a small family or couple looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation! The unit sleeps up to 6 comfortably- with a king sized bed in the master, hall bunks, and a sofa bed in the living room and includes two reserved parking spots. The master bedroom has plenty of room for your clothes with a large closet and chest of drawers. There is also a brand new king sized mattress, flat screen Roku TV, and a door for easy access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity for storage as well as a tub/shower unit, which is convenient if you have little ones! Along the main hallway are adorable, nautical themed built-in bunks, which children of all ages are sure to enjoy! Our fully equipped kitchen has brand new Whirlpool appliances, cabinets and counter tops, along with being stocked with any supplies you'll need if you plan to stay in and cook during your stay. The breakfast bar has ample seating for 5 people. The large, open family room has a brand new smart Roku TV and plenty of comfy furniture to relax, watch a movie, or play games after a long day enjoying the Florida sun! Through the sliding glass doors you will find a private patio with a brand new dining table with seating for four. The patio overlooks a very large grassy area where kids and adults can play games, pass frisbees/balls or just run and have fun! There is a swing set and sandbox for the kids to enjoy as well. We are just steps from the gated, zero entry swimming pool- which has an abundance of lounge chairs, tables, and shaded seating areas. The saltwater pool is cooled during the summer months and heated during the winter months. Seacove is a small, family oriented community that often hosts movie nights during the busier seasons and holiday gatherings poolside! Our unit has a private laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. This space is conveniently located right off of the front porch and is also a great place to store all of your beach gear. Our unit has chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, and beach toys to borrow during your stay. If you aren't wanting to carry anything with you to the beach, there is a beach service with chairs and umbrellas that offer a discounted rate to Seacove guests. In addition to all this in the pet free and smoke free condo, you get a private beach access just steps away and a secure gated entry.
