The shared space includes hallway bunk beds (two twin beds) that are perfect for kids or adults and a double sofa sleeper in the family room. The condo has a full bath with a shower/tub combo accessible by both the bedroom and hallway. Enjoy the large family room with plenty of seating and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities to prepare and enjoy meals. The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats 2. The private full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry area has plenty of space to store your beach supplies.
This condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor with no stairs to climb and assigned parking just outside the front door. Relax on one of two private patios with seating. The rear patio overlooks the plush courtyard and beautiful pool. The spacious, gated, zero-entry pool offers plenty of loungers, chairs and tables for your outside enjoyment. The property at Seacove is well manicured and is surrounded with gorgeous palm trees giving you a relaxing and tropical feel.
Seacove offers special activities for our guests such as movie night by the pool and holiday parties (seasonal). The property has several outside charcoal grilling stations & the huge courtyard is great for family activities. The pool is heated during certain months and holidays. Enjoy our beach access which is located directly across a 2 way residential street, a quick 1-2 minute walk will have you in paradise. Our location is prime as you can walk to several desirable places within 1-5 minutes. The condo is about a mile away from the outlet mall. There are miles of walking/biking paths, beach front dining, ice cream, wine boutique, coffee shop, beach supply shops and a rental shop.

Seacove offers seasonal outdoor movies by the pool (schedule varies). Guests can enjoy deeded beach access to the Gulf’s warm turquoise waters, a zero-entry saltwater pool that is cooled in summer & heated in winter, and charcoal grilling stations around the complex. There is also an adjacent paved bike & walking path and bike/scooter/golf cart rentals are located right outside the community.
